Our Operations

From extraction at the heart of Guinean bauxite through to the loading of Capesize vessels on the open sea, AGB2A-GIC deploys an integrated infrastructure combining mechanical power and logistical precision.

Our value chain

From mine to vessel, a continuous flow

Every tonne of bauxite travels the same path: from the plateau to the vessel's hold, in four stages. A continuous chain, operated by Guinean teams trained to the industry's best standards, with respect for the communities and the ecosystems it crosses.

Our method

The same standard at every stage

From one end of the chain to the other, the same principles apply: team safety, environmental control and constant dialogue with neighbouring communities. Every stage is checked: systematic weighing on the weighbridges, safety briefings before every shift, regular watering of the tracks to limit dust, and continuous coordination between the mine, transport and port teams to keep the whole flow running smoothly.

Safety first

HSE briefing before every shift, across the whole chain.

Traceability

Systematic weighing on the weighbridges, from the mining truck to the port terminal.

Environmental control

Regular watering of the tracks and continuous monitoring of our ecological footprint.

Community dialogue

Continuous coordination with the populations living near the living quarters and the mining roads.
