Terms of Service

1. Introduction
LawNexus (the "Company"), located at 100 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON M5H 2N2, Canada, offers legal intermediation services through brokerlawnexus.com. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
LawNexus provides the following categories:
- Professional Service Offerings: arrangement of legal guidance, documentation review, and administrative coordination.
- Digital Products: access to online materials, training modules, and downloadable forms.
- Physical Products: printed guides, workbooks, and reference materials.
3. Professional Service Offerings
Clients engage LawNexus for scheduled support appointments. Appointments must be requested via Contact Us. The standard fee schedule applies.
4. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered online upon purchase. Access credentials will be provided via email. No reimbursement will be offered once access credentials have been sent, since digital delivery is immediate and irreversible.
5. Physical Products
Physical goods will ship within 5 business days to an address provided at checkout. Clients are responsible for shipment oversight. Unopened items may be sent back within 30 days for reimbursement, subject to shipping fees.
6. Reimbursement Policy
We offer guidelines for each category:
- Service Offerings: If a client cancels at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment, the full payment will be reimbursed. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours in advance, no reimbursement is available, but clients may reschedule once at no extra charge.
- Digital Products: No reimbursement after access credentials have been sent, as delivery is immediate and irreversible.
- Physical Products: Reimbursement is available for unopened items sent back within 30 days. Shipping expenses are not reimbursed. Reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of items sent back. LawNexus may offer to send a replacement instead of a reimbursement if mutually agreed.
7. Changes and Rescheduling
Clients may request rescheduling of service appointments by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Digital and physical product orders cannot be altered after processing begins.
8. Limitations of Liability
LawNexus is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service or product.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
